Pursuant to 49 CFR §382, and following OSHA’s requirements for employer’s complying with the Drug-Free Workplace Act - Employers must ensure that those who need to determine whether reasonable suspicion exists to drug test, receive training on recognition of alcohol misuse and controlled substances use.  *This is a web-based course using the Webex platform.  You will need to be able to hear and see the course, as well as communicate either through the chat by typing or with the use of a mic.
