Pursuant to AB 1825, AB 2053 & SB 396 (1/1/2005, 1/1/15 and 1/1/18) Sexual Harassment training must be provided by employers every 2 years.  GC §12950.1, training covers information, in an interactive format, including practical examples regarding the prohibition against, and the prevention of, sexual harassment, the definition and prevention of abusive conduct in the workplace, and harassment based on gender identity/sexual orientation.
