Linda Kjesbu
Director

Ms. Kjesbu has been a Humboldt County resident since 1993, when she moved here with her husband and children. Linda began working with NCSC in 1995, and has provided services as American Heart Association Training Center Coordinator and Faculty, PearsonVue Testing Center Administrator, NCSC Administrator and Faculty. Along with her profession as a ballet director and teacher, she has been in the med-legal profession as medical office manager, paralegal and legal secretary, and owned her own consulting business providing med-legal services to physician and attorney's offices.

Linda Scales
CPR and First Aid Instructor

Linda Scales has long been involved in emergency response and education.  She is currently Associate Faculty teaching the Medical Assisting and Medical Terminology certification program at College of the Redwoods. She is an LVN and in that capacity has been Office Nurse Manager for local Humboldt County practices for more than 20 years. Linda is also an EMT, and Volunteer Fire Fighter, when she was Medical Training Officer teaching area First Responder courses to many local fire departments.
