Confined spaces have been a continuing area of emphasis by Cal-OSHA.  As of 1/1/2026 rules for Confined Spaces in Construction have gone into effect..  Both permit and non-permit required spaces will be covered, along with development of confined space programs, confined space entry permits and rescue requirements  This is intended for Supervisors or those who will assign roles, determine confined spaces and prepare entry permits..
