Pursuant to 12950.1, Harassment Based on Sex and Abusive Conduct training must be provided by employers every 2 years.This training covers information, in an interactive format, including practical examples regarding the prohibition against, and the prevention of, sexual harassment, as well as victims; remedies.; Since 2015 training also includes discussion of Abusive Conduct.; This training is for Non-Supervisors. This is a web based course using the Webex platform.
