Pursuant to CA legislation (2/2005,1/1/15,1/1/18, 1/1/19) Supervisors must receive harassment and abusive conduct training every 2 years. Changes – Employers of 5 or more must comply. GC §12950.1, training, in the required interactive format, includes practical examples about the prohibition against, and the prevention of, harassment based on sex, and abusive conduct, including appropriate investigative procedures and concepts. *This is a web-based course using the Webex platform. You will need to be able to hear and see the course, as well as communicate either through the chat by typing or with the use of a mic.
