Linda Scales

Linda Scales has long been involved in emergency response and education.  She is currently Associate Faculty teaching the Medical Assisting and Medical Terminology certification program at College of the Redwoods. She is an LVN and in that capacity has been Office Nurse Manager for local Humboldt County practices for more than 20 years. Linda is also an EMT, and Volunteer Fire Fighter, when she was Medical Training Officer teaching area First Responder courses to many local fire departments. As a fire fighter, she also became the County's first female President of Humboldt County Fire Chief's Association. Since 1994 Ms. Scales has augmented her emergency response training resume as an American Heart Association CPR Instructor.
