Pursuant to 49 CFR §382, and following requirements for employer’s complying with State or Federal contracts- Employers must ensure that ‘supervisors’, receive training on recognition of signs of probable alcohol misuse and controlled substances use.  *This is a web-based course on the Webex platform (almost identical to Zoom).  Though you do not need a webcam or mic, it is handy.  You must, however, be on a device that you can hear and see us, as well as being able to type/text into the chat*
